Not calling any names but I have a family memeber that wants a better body, but not the work that comes with reaching the goal. Is that your story?
Listen it is never to late to be the best you that you can be. Keeping in mind we all have different body types so the results will vary. Maybe you aren’t meant to be a size two. Perhaps a size 10 is the path you should be on. Bottom line, set realistic goals and drop the excuses. My family member says its too hot to workout in the summer and too cold in the winter.
Thinking like that will keep you from obtaining you goals. By the way that age thing is a myth too. I’m a woman of a certain age and trust I will never let aging be a factor as long as I am healthy.
