Slow your role on the fast food and sodas. Drink more water. (They have flavor packets.) Get out and exercise. No need for gym memberships. My cardiologist says walking 30 minutes a day is fine. And, learn how to cope with stress. Some people meditate. Some people do yard work. Whatever you need to do…DO IT…starting today!! Internalizing stress will put you in the hospital. Just telling you what I know.
